When this delicate balance is disrupted, it leads to either a UTI, BV or thrush. These conditions are highly prevalent, affect quality of life. Yet the intimate microbiome remains one of the most under-researched areas of women’s health.

We’re closing this gap giving women the tools to understand and protect their intimate health.

spHlash is built on my personal experiences with intimate health and with the very system meant to treat us.

Over these years, I’ve learnt how to take care of my body by speaking to specialists all over the world, trying multiple treatments across different healthcare systems, and researching natural approaches that are clearly backed by science.

I have dedicated the past ten years to deeply studying how our bodies work with the goal of bringing real innovation and lasting change to women’s health, grounded in science and guided by care.
